The new 2004 XPulse 2V is now OBD2 compliant and also has an E20 compatible engine. This 200 cc single-cylinder engine could now run on a fuel mixture blended with up to 20 percent ethanol. This ADV also has a taller windshield for increased wind protection. The front has been updated with a new LED projector, which the company says has increased light intensity by 230 percent.
